Are Minna products safe?

Can babies use Minna products?

Yes! Minna products are designed for children aged six months and up. We also have specially designed utensils that are easy for little hands to grip and use, and our products are made with 100% food-grade silicone that is BPA and PVC-free, so you can be sure your little one is safe and secure while eating. What is the return policy on Minna items?

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the package was dispatched. Please contact us at hello@minna.ca for return approvals. Customers are responsible for returning items with the courier of their choice. 

Are Minna products durable?

Yes, Minna products are incredibly durable and built to last. We use only the highest-quality materials, and each item is designed to withstand the test of time and the toughest of conditions. How do I clean my Minna products?

Minna products are easy to wipe clean thanks to the smooth silicone and are also dishwasher-safe. We recommend using a mild detergent.

Is Minna sustainable?

Sustainability is a guiding principle in the creation of all Minna products. The silicone we use for all of our items is reusable, recyclable, and doesn’t end up as micro-fragments, making them far more ocean-friendly than plastics and other materials. As your children graduate to proper tableware, Minna products can be repurposed - the Bubble Cup is great for iced coffee or even cocktails, the Capsule Tray makes a perfect charcuterie and cheese board, and our Bubble Bowl acts as a cute catch-all for keys, jewelry, and more. Is Minna spillproof?

Minna products are not spillproof, however, we have designed features that help to prevent spills. Our Bubble Cup features an especially-curved straw, making it easier for your child to drink without tipping their cup. The Minna Capsule Tray also sits close to the table’s edge, making it easy for little hands to reach. This ensures that your child’s arms don’t get covered in food when they are eating. We understand how important it is to have products that make mealtime less of a mess, and we are constantly striving to make our products even more spillproof.

How fast will I receive my order?

Standard shipping times are three to nine business days, and express shipping is one to two business days.

Does Minna have free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $99.
